On the day I went to sign up for my first college class, the lady at the receptionist told my mom that taking two classes at once was too much and that she would be setting me up for failure. I wasn’t offended by what she said because I don’t get mad over what people say but I was gonna prove her wrong. The two classes were 10 day summer courses and they were 3 credits each. After the ten days were over, I came back to the lady with my transcript showing two A’s. She was very surprised and said that I was very smart.
